Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the grill for medium direct heat and brush the grates with olive oil.
  2. Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet. Add chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat all the spears.
  3. Place the asparagus directly on the grill or in a grill basket. Grill until tender and lightly charred, about 5 minutes.
