Sangria with sparkling winetopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:In a pitcher, combine 1 cup light grape juice, 1/2 cup cognac, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons very fine sugar and 1 cup water. Add 1 cup each grapes (cut in half) and pitted cherries and 1 peach, cut into slices.Chill the mixture for 3 hours or more. Before serving, add a bottle of chilled sparkling wine.
