Preparation:

Mash 4 tablespoons of softened butter with 2 tablespoons of parsley, 2 tablespoons of green onions and 2 tablespoons of chives. Spread this mixture on 4 slices of bread. white breadTop each with Irish cheddar cheese and pickles. Top with 4 more slices of bread.

Spread the outsides of the sandwiches with regular butter and fry in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Spread the remaining herb butter on the warm sandwiches. Cut them in half and dip the cut sides in the chopped herbs.
