Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 peeled banana from the freezer, cut into quarters
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 4 tsp. malt instant chocolate drink (or Nesquik)
- 1 tsp strong coffee or 1/2 tsp instant espresso coffee
Preparation:
- Place the ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour into tall glasses and drink before you run out.
