Simple Brownies with Nut and Marshmallow Topping topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 package dry brownie mix, prepare according to package directions (1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup water, 2 eggs)
- 1 tbsp. "droplets" from peanut butter
- Softened butter for greasing the pan
- 60 g chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tbsp. small marshmallows
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
Add peanut butter "drops" to the prepared brownie batter. Grease an 8 x 13-inch baking pan with softened butter and line with foil. Spread the batter into an even layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake for 20-22 minutes.
Three minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the marshmallows on top. Remove from the oven and cut into 12 cakes.
You can cook cakes according to this recipe, replacing walnuts with peanuts.
