Ingredients:
- 2 cups of orange juice without pulp
- 90 - 180 ml orange liqueur
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tube cinnamon
- 2 oranges, separated into segments, remove membrane
- 1 green apple, core removed, flesh cut into large cubes
- 1 pear, core removed, flesh cut into large cubes
- 2 liters of sweet sparkling red wine, chilled
- 1 liter lime lemonade, chilled
Preparation:
- Combine orange juice, orange liqueur, and honey in a large punch bowl. Add a cinnamon stick, oranges, and sliced apples and pears. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Before serving, add chilled wine and lemonade and stir gently. Serve sangria in glasses with ice.
