Place a pint glass or beer mug on its side. Using a toothpick, skewer, or clean paintbrush, draw a mouth and eyes on the inside of the glass with melted chocolate. Add a few strokes to resemble Frankenstein's face. Set the glass down and frost the rim and about a quarter of the outside of the glass to resemble hair. Sprinkle chocolate wafer cookie crumbs on the outside. Drizzle a little chocolate on the sides where the screws will be, then glue two chocolate-covered caramels and press firmly to secure.
