Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 g) of condensed milk
- 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 g) butter, plus extra for greasing
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles, for coating
Preparation:
- Add the condensed milk, chopped chocolate, and butter to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to pull away from the bottom. When tilting the saucepan, it will form a solid, soft mass. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate and let cool at room temperature.
- Grease your hands with butter and roll the mixture into candies. Roll them in chocolate sprinkles. The creamy consistency of the brigadeiros is best enjoyed if they are served at room temperature.
