Ingredients:
- 0.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 120 ml sour cream
- 200 gr mini marshmallow, about 3 tbsp.
- 1 cup clementine wedges, about 6 clementines
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- 1 cup toasted, chopped pecans
- 0.5 cup maraschino cherries
Preparation:
- Pour the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer. Using the whisk attachment, beat the mixture until stiff peaks form. Add the sour cream and mix.
- Then stir in the marshmallows, clementine, pineapple, coconut, pecans and maraschino cherriesTransfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
