Ingredients:
- 6 cups red and yellow cherry tomatoes, each halved
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh leaves basilica
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation:
- Place cherry tomatoes in a large salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- In another bowl, combine the sour milk, sour cream, basil, shallots, and garlic. Season with pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
