Ingredients:

  • 1,350 g of ground beef with 80% lean
  • Vegetable oil for grilling
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 6 large round buns
  • 6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grease the grates with vegetable oil. Place the ground beef in a large bowl. Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 3/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
