Buffalo Wings Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups canned chickpeas (rinsed, reserving 1/2 cup liquid)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 tbsp. sesame tahini paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons hot sauce with cayenne pepper (Tabasco sauce)
  • 1 tbsp. table vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas with their liquid, garlic, sesame paste, lemon juice, paprika, barbecue sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and salt. Puree until smooth and creamy.

    We offer a recipe chickpea hummus cooked in a slow cooker.
