Banana-pumpkin smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cups of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice (nutmeg, allspice, cloves) or cinnamon
  • A drop of vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana

Preparation:

  1. Blend milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spices, vanilla and banana.
    Exit: 2 tbsp.
