Smoked salmon on lettuce leaves topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 60 g fillet smoked salmon
- 3 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp. low-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper (no salt)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 small seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drain the oil, thinly slice the tomatoes
Preparation:
- Place the lettuce leaves on a serving platter and spread 1 teaspoon of cream cheese evenly over each. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and place the smoked fish on top.
- Sprinkle the salmon with onion. Evenly distribute the cucumber slices and sun-dried tomatoes among the servings.
Wrap and eat!
